Valery Esaulenko graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation in 1999 mastering in "Finances and Credit" (specialty: "Property Valuation").

In 2003, he upgraded his professional skills at the International Valuation and Consulting Academy under the program "Property Valuation: Valuation of Enterprise (Business)".

In 2011, Valery became the Head of Committee for Valuation and Credit Risks and a member of Advisory Council of Association of Regional Banks of Russia. 

Valery joined NEO Centre in 1999 as a consultant. Starting 1999 he had been engaged in the preparation of business, assets and commercial real estate valuation reports.

From 2001 to present he has been General Director of NEO Centre Consulting Group.

In 1999-2002 studied at the Law School of St. Petersburg State University.

In 2004 graduated from the Law School of Moscow State University, major in Civil Law.

In 2002-2003 worked with Credit Suisse First Boston in London. In 2003-2009 worked with Deutsche Bank AG London, then with Deutsche Bank Russia.

Joined the NEO Centre Consulting in spring 2009 taking up the position of Vice President. Oleg is dealing with strategic development, business development, and promotion of the Group on domestic and international markets.

In 2004, Dmitry graduated from the Law Department of the Moscow State University, specialized in civil law, degree - lawyer.

In 2007, Dmitry graduated from the Financial & Investment Department of the High School of Economics of the Russian Federation (State University), mastered in stock market and investments. Before joining NEO Centre Consulting Group Dmitry had been Managing Partner with Bank of Banks.

Effective April, 2010 Dmitry has been appointed Vice-President at NEO Centre Consulting Group. In his position Dmitry is responsible for business development, client relations and oversee a newly established bank transaction advisory services function.

In 1999, Dionis graduated from the Zaporozhye National Technical University, majoring in “International Economic Relations”.

In 2006-2008, he was Executive Director and Partner of Garazd Ukraine Group of companies. Before 2009 he was Commercial Director of Master Group.

Dionis joined NEO Centre Consulting Group in February 2009 to become Head of the Group’s first branch in the CIS, in Ukraine.

Since July 2011 Dionis has been occupying a position of the Company’s Executive Director.

Dionis has successfully passed the RICS exam and gained the status of RICS member (MRICS).

Maria Zhdanova graduated from the Vyatka State Technological University (VGTU) in 2000 mastering in "Industrial and Civil Engineering Construction", she upgraded her professional skills at the Institute of Qualification Upgrade of Managers of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics. She finished specialized courses "Construction of Buildings and Structures Qualified under of First and Second Levels of Responsibility". In 2006, she attended GO DPO GASIS qualification upgrade courses.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007 Maria worked at an engineering company in the position of a deputy director of capital investment controlling department and simultaneously occupied a position of budgeting control department.

Maria joint NEO Centre in early 2007, currently she is responsible for Construction Consulting Department providing services to leading developers and investors in the Russian Federation.

In 2009, Alexander Federov underwent professional retraining at the Interdepartmental Institute of Professional Development and Retraining of Managers and Specialists of the Plekhanov Academy of Economics, program "Professional Valuation and Due Diligence of Properties and Property Rights", majored in "Valuation of Enterprise (Business)".

In 2005, Alexander joint NEO Centre Consulting Group and worked for NEO Centre until 2008 consecutively occupying positions of assistant, senior and project manager at the Department for Residential Real Estate Valuation. In 2008-2009, he worked as the head of credit risk analysis department with MDM Bank.

In November 2009, Alexander returned to NEO Centre in the position of Director of Department for Residential Real Estate Valuation.

In 2002, Evgeny graduated from the North-Caucasian Academy of Public Service, legal department, majoring in jurisprudence.

Before 2010 he worked as a lawyer at large consulting firms.

Evgeny joined NEO Centre in April 2010 to assume the position of a Project Manager at the Department for Bank Transaction Advisory Services.

He was responsible for a number of bank transaction advisory projects involving sale/purchase of banks and other lending institutions.

Evgeny constantly participates in major banking industry events, conferences and forums. He regularly contributes his professional comments, judgments and forecasts to business media publications.

Starting 2011 Evgeny has become Director of the Department for Bank Transaction Advisory Services.

In 2004, graduated from the Law School of St. Petersburg State University. In 2007, completed a post-graduate course at the Civil Law Chair of the Law School of St.Petersburg State University.

In 2004-2005, worked with Ernst & Young Law (EY Law). Until 2006, worked as a lawyer with Baker & McKenzie. From 2006 to December 2009: General Director of the law firm Center of Legal Studies.

Since December 2009, head of Legal Consulting and Director of St.Petersburg branch of NEO Centre Consulting Group.

Starting December 1, 2011 after appointment to the position of Director for Corporate Client Relationships of NEO Centre Consulting Group Vladislav has focused on developing client relationships and legal advisory at NEO Centre head office.

In 2005, Olga graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation, faculty “Mathematical Methods in Economics and Crisis Management”.

In 2011, Olga was conferred a PhD degree in economics defending a PhD thesis at the “Property Appraisal and Management” department of the Financial University of the RF Government. 

Olga joined NEO Centre in September 2003 in the position of assistant. In the period 2005 to 2009 she successively occupied positions of consultant, senior consultant and project manager at the Department of Structuring and Valuation of Development Projects. In 2010, Olga headed Internal Control Service.

From November to present Olga has occupied the position of a director in NEO Centre’s business development function.

Alexander Ksendz graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University in 2000 mastering in "State Regulation of Economy".

Alexander joined NEO Centre in 2003, he participated in and as a manager was responsible for preparation and performance of project engagements to value commercial real estate.

Since October 2005 he headed Commercial Real Estate Valuation Department.

From 2011 beginning to present he has occupied a position of the Director for Cooperation with Financial Institutions.

Alexander Avdoshin graduated from the State Land Management University in 2004 qualified in "Enterprise Economics and Management (Real Property Transactions)". In his 5th year at the university he started working at the Land Resources Management Department of the Ministry of Property Relations; he was responsible for restructuring of federal state unitary enterprises (FSUE) into openly held joint stock companies.

Alexander joined NEO Centre in October 2004; he started his professional career with the firm as an assistant. In 2005, he upgraded his professional skills under the program "Valuation of Enterprise (Business)" of the Institute of Qualification Upgrade of Managers of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

From March 2006 to 2007 Alexander was in the position of Director of St.-Petersburg Branch; from 2007 to July 2008 he was responsible for the Group regional development.

In 2006, Inna graduated from the Financial Academy of the RF Government, majoring in “Finances and Credit”, specialty – “Property Valuation”.

Inna joined NEO Centre in 2005; starting 2007 when Inna was promoted to the position of a manager she had been responsible for project engagements related to valuation of business, valuation for the purposes of IFRS/ISA (IFRS1, IFRS3 (PPA)), assessment of investment projects efficiency, business plans preparation and other financial projects.

From early 2011 to present Inna has headed Internal Control Service.

2004: graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University, legal department.

2004-2008: worked as a lawyer and a deputy director at MIEL’s St. Petersburg branch.

Alexander was an arbiter of the St. Petersburg International Commercial Arbitration Court dealing with disputes in  the area of real estate, appraisal and mortgage, the chairman of the legal committee and a member of the consumer rights protection committee of the Association of Realtors of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region.

2008 to Jan. 2010: a deputy director of the Legal Project Center, a legal company.

Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2011: joined NEO Centre Consulting Group and successively occupied positions of a senior lawyer and a project manager at the Legal Advisory Department

Dec. 2011 to present: Executive Director of the St. Petersburg branch of NEO Centre Consulting Group.

Albina graduated from the Kama State Engineering and Economic Academy, majoring in “Economics and Management of Agribusiness”.

In 2008-2009, she attended retraining courses at the Tatar Institute of Agribusiness Personnel Retraining of the RF Ministry of Agriculture, specialty “Accounting and Audit”.

Before joining NEO Centre she occupied several managerial positions in the companies engaged in various spheres of activity. Before 2008 she headed a regional department of AlfaInsurance, a leading company in the area of insurance.

Albina joined NEO Centre Consulting Group in 2009 to become Head of the Kazan Branch.

In 1997, Alexei graduated from the Ural Academy of Public Service majoring in “Management”.

In the period from 2000 to 2010 he occupied managerial positions in various Yekaterinburg lending institutions, including BINBANK, Sberbank of Russia and National Bank TRUST.

Alexei joined NEO Centre Consulting Group in December 2010 to head the Group’s Yekaterinburg branch.

In 1996 Alexey graduated from Rostov State Economic Academy, mastering in “Finance and Credit”, specialization “Banking”.

In 2010 Alexey graduated from Rostov State Construction University, mastering in “Technology, organization and economics of the construction industry”.

In 2002 Alexey took professional retraining in Higher School of Economics mastering in “Theory of investment lending and project financing”. In 2008 he took a refresher course in RSCU mastering in “Management of investment and construction project”.

Since 1996 Alexey had worked in Sberbank of Russia in the department of corporate lending.

Since 2003 Alexey had held managerial positions in the Board of investment lending and construction project financing in South-West Bank of Sberbank of Russia.

Alexey joined NEO Centre Consulting Group in February 2012, running Krasnodar Branch of the Company.
